Gargaara is the project implementing entity for the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Financing Facility under the World Bank’s Somalia Capacity Advancement, Livelihoods and Entrepreneurship, through Digital Uplift Project (SCALED-UP).
